Delivery charges

A flat shipping charge of ₹60 per order applies. The final charge is shown at checkout before you place your order.

Processing and delivery estimates

We begin processing after order confirmation and, where applicable, payment authorisation. Dispatch and delivery times depend on product availability, your PIN code, courier schedules and local conditions. Estimates shown at checkout are indicative and may change due to circumstances outside our control. Tracking details will be shared if provided by the delivery partner.

Address and serviceability

Please enter a complete and accurate delivery address, PIN code and reachable phone number. Delivery is subject to PIN-code serviceability. If delivery fails because an address is incorrect, the recipient is unavailable or delivery is refused, additional delivery attempts or charges may apply where applicable.

Delayed, damaged or missing orders

If an order is delayed, appears lost or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and details. For visible damage or an incorrect item, keep the packaging and take photographs where possible.
